If the verification code does not work, please try the following:
Use the latest code. If you have received multiple verification emails, your email inbox may have grouped them into a single thread. In this case, only the first email is often opened, but the valid code is usually in the latest message. Therefore, please click on the entire thread and use the latest code.
Restart the app and have the code sent again. If the emails arrived late, the app may already be expecting a different (newer) code. We recommend restarting the app and having the code sent again. This often synchronizes everything correctly.
Restart your device and start again. This classic trick is often the most effective. The device will be cleaned up and get a second wind. Just turn it off and on again.
What if the code still doesn't work?

the email address to which the code was sent (if you are writing from a different address)
operating system: Android / iOS
operating system version
phone model (e.g., iPhone 12 / Samsung S24)
approximate time when the code arrived
how many verification emails you received
