The verification code is a 6-digit numeric code used to verify your phone number. It usually arrives within a few seconds at the number you entered during registration.
If you did not receive the SMS, please try the following:
Check that the phone number is entered correctly (including the area code).
Have the code sent again. Below the code entry field, there is a "Resend" button. You can do this every minute.
Check your signal and turn off Airplane mode if necessary. Turning your mobile data off and on again may also help.
Look in your spam or filtered messages folder in your Messages app.
Android: open the Messages app and check the Spam & blocked section. If you find the message there, mark it as Not spam and add the sender to your contacts.
iOS: go to Settings → Messages → Filter Unknown Senders. If the filter is enabled, open the Unknown Senders tab in Messages. Move the message to your main inbox and add the sender to your contacts.
Check for blocked contacts or filters. If you’re using a spam blocker or filtering app (or one from your mobile operator), make sure it allows SMS from short numbers.
Check that you do not have premium/short SMS messages blocked or filtered by your operator.
Check that your SMS inbox is not full and that you do not have "Do Not Disturb" enabled for messages.
For dual-SIM devices, select the correct SIM and enable SMS reception.
Restart your phone. A simple step that often helps.
Reinstall the app. Just uninstall and reinstall it.

operating system: Android / iOS
operating system version
phone model (e.g., iPhone 12 / Samsung S24)
approximate time when the code should have arrived
whether you use a single SIM or dual SIM
