Email verification code hasn't arrived, what should I do?

The verification code is a 6-digit numeric code used to verify your email address. It usually arrives within a few seconds at the email address you provided during registration.

If the email has not arrived, please try the following:

  1. Check that the email address is spelled correctly. Even one incorrect letter will send the message into the unknown.

  2. Check your "Spam," "Bulk," or "Advertisements" folders.

  3. Have the code sent again. Below the code entry field, there is a "Resend" button. You can do this every minute.

  4. Restart your device. Sometimes the simplest steps are the most effective.

  5. Reinstall the app. This will clean up your device and give it a second wind. Just uninstall and reinstall.

And if the email is still nowhere to be found?
Please email us the following information and we will check with our technicians:

  • the email address used during registration (if you are writing from a different address)

  • operating system: Android / iOS

  • operating system version

  • phone model (e.g., iPhone 12 / Samsung S24)

  • approximate time when the code should have arrived
