If you are unable to enter the referral code or it appears to be invalid, please try the following steps:
Check that the code is correct. The referral code is a six-digit combination of letters and numbers. Make sure you have copied it accurately, without spaces or typos.
Use a direct link. If your friend sent you an email invitation, click on the link in the email – the code will be filled in automatically when you open the app.
Check that you are in the registration phase. The referral code can only be entered when creating a new account. If you already have a Littlebit account, it cannot be added retroactively.
Try registering again. If the code still doesn't work after checking, close the app, reopen it, and enter the code again.
