PSD2 approval - how long and what to do when it expires?

Modified on Wed, 29 Oct at 8:20 PM

You always give consent to view your account for 90 days. This access allows the Littlebit app to read information about your card transactions so that it can automatically calculate your savings.

After 90 days, the app will notify you that your consent has expired and offer you the option to renew it. Just open the link in the email and follow the instructions in the notification, or go directly to the app and renew your connection there.

We recommend renewing your consent as soon as possible. Without active consent to view your account, the Littlebit app:

  • cannot obtain new information about your card payments,

  • cannot calculate amounts for further savings,

  • and savings will therefore be temporarily suspended until you renew your consent or connect another account.

The extension is fully under your control, always secure, and in compliance with PSD2 regulations.

If you want to add another account or change your account instead of extending your consent, you can find the procedures in this FAQ folder.

If you are unable to complete the extension or encounter an error, please contact us here. We will be happy to help you resolve the situation.
