A friend invited me, but I never received the email. What should I do?

If a friend invited you to Littlebit but you didn't receive a referral code, please try the following steps:

  • Check your email inbox. The referral code usually arrives within a few minutes of the invitation. Also check your "Spam," "Bulk," or "Advertising" folders.

  • Ask your friend if they sent the invitation correctly. They can invite you again in the app—they can do this directly from the Referral section.

  • Check which email address the invitation was sent to. The referral code is always linked to the email address your friend entered when sending the invitation.

  • Wait a few minutes. Sometimes email delivery can be delayed by the email service provider.

If you still can't see the code, write to us here. Please include the following information:

  • the email address where the invitation should have been sent

  • the email address of the friend who invited you

  • the approximate time when the invitation was sent
