The AML form must be completed before your first Bitcoin purchase. You can fill it out at any time in the app settings (Settings → AML), or the app will prompt you to do so when you first exceed the savings milestone.
The savings itself cannot take place until you complete the AML questionnaire. We therefore recommend filling out the questionnaire as soon as possible. If you do not complete the AML questionnaire, additional card payments will continue to be loaded for some time, and the percentages from them will be added to the savings pile, where they will wait for the AML to be completed and the savings to be processed.
Until then, you can use the app, set up your savings, and watch the amounts being set aside. However, the actual purchase of Bitcoin will only take place once the form has been completed.
If the AML form is not completed, after a certain period of time, savings will be completely stopped. The app will also stop loading percentages from your card payments.
Reactivation will occur when you complete the questionnaire and inform us of this.We then need time to check everything and manually restart your savings.
Once reactivated, the accumulated savings pile will be divided into individual piles after exceeding milestones (CZK 350 + the first payment that exceeded this milestone).Bitcoin will then be gradually purchased for them. The app can make a maximum of 3 card payments per day, so this process may take several days depending on the number of accumulated savings piles.
Until the funds are credited, your money remains in your account. It is only debited from your card when the Bitcoin purchase is processed.
The AML form only needs to be filled out once and takes just a few minutes. The sooner you fill it out, the better.
