How Do I Delete My Account and Associated Data?

You can delete your Littlebit account at any time. The entire process can be completed directly in the app in just a few steps. 

How to delete your account:

1. Open the Littlebit app.
2. Go to Settings → My Profile → Delete Account.
3. Follow the instructions in the app. You will be asked to verify your identity via SMS.
4. Confirm that you wish to permanently delete your account.

Once your request is confirmed, your account will be closed and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR and AML). You will receive confirmation once the account closure process has been completed. 

For legal and regulatory reasons, certain information must be retained for a limited period of time, including: 

1. identity verification data (KYC), 
2. transaction records (e.g., Bitcoin purchases),
3. data required to comply with obligations toward regulatory authorities. 

This information is retained only for the period required by law and is securely deleted once the retention period expires.
