How do I delete my account and associated data?

You can delete your Littlebit account at any time. The entire process is simple and can be done directly in the app in just a few clicks.

How to delete your account:

1. Open the Littlebit app.
2. Go to Settings → My Profile → Delete Account.
3. Follow the instructions in the app. You’ll be asked to verify your identity via SMS.
4. Confirm that you really want to delete your account.

If you still have a Bitcoin balance in the app, you’ll need to withdraw it before deleting your account. Once the account is closed, withdrawals will no longer be possible. You can find the withdrawal instructions in the article How can I withdraw my funds?

Once your request is confirmed, your account will be closed and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR and AML). When the process is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation that your account and all related data have been removed.

For legal reasons, some data must be retained for a limited time, such as:

1. verification information (KYC),
2. transaction records (e.g., Bitcoin purchases),
3. and data required to meet obligations to regulatory authorities.

This information is stored only for the period required by law and is securely deleted afterward.
