Hold your phone steady. Movement may cause the system to fail to recognize your face.
Make sure you are in the frame. Your entire face should be visible, without being covered by highly reflective glasses or headgear.
Check your camera permissions. In your phone settings, allow the Littlebit app to access your camera.
Restart the app. If verification fails repeatedly, try closing and reopening the app.
Restart your device. This simple step often resolves temporary system issues.
