If you are unable to upload your documents, please try the following steps:
Make sure you are uploading the correct document. We accept ID cards, passports, or driver's licenses.
Verify the validity of the document. The system will not accept expired documents.
Check the date of birth. The user must be over 18 years of age, otherwise verification will not be successful.
Check the quality of the photo. The document must be fully visible, legible, and free of glare. Daylight or a well-lit room works best.
Use your phone's camera. Uploading directly from the camera works better than scans or photos from the gallery.
Check your internet connection. A weak signal or Wi-Fi outage can cause the upload to fail.
Restart the app and try again. Logging out and logging back in also helps.
Restart your device. This simple step often solves temporary system configuration issues.
