Withdrawals directly in Czech korunas (CZK) are currently not possible.
Just like with a savings account, you save in a certain currency (e.g., CZK) and withdraw in that same currency. Only then can you convert it to another currency or use it as you see fit.
The same applies to the Littlebit app. You save Bitcoin in your Littlebit account. Once you decide to withdraw, you transfer the Bitcoin to your own crypto wallet, where you can then exchange it for any currency of your choice, fiat or crypto.
Withdrawals from the app are therefore always made in Bitcoin. For withdrawals, we recommend using certified and secure wallets, such as Trezor (hardware wallet) or MetaMask (software wallet). The wallet used for withdrawals must not be an exchange wallet.
The conversion to CZK must be done outside the app. We recommend using only verified and regulated exchanges or exchange offices for this purpose.
