How long does my withdrawal take?

The processing time fom the Littlebit app is usually 1–5 business days.

This is due to the verification process that takes place after your withdrawal is confirmed. Each withdrawal must be checked in accordance with European and Czech regulations. For example, we verify that:

• the withdrawal is made to your own crypto wallet,

• the wallet address is not listed on an exchange or other platform,

• the withdrawal complies with security standards.

Once the withdrawal has been checked and approved, the Bitcoin will be sent to your wallet address. From this point on, the speed depends on the Bitcoin network itself – confirmations usually take a few minutes to hours, depending on its workload.

If the withdrawal takes longer than 5 business days, please check that:

• you have entered the correct wallet address,

• the wallet supports Bitcoin (BTC),

• the withdrawal has not been submitted to an exchange wallet (e.g., Binance, Coinbase), which is not permitted.

If everything is correct and the withdrawal still hasn’t been processed, please write to us here and include:

• the email address you use in the app,

• the date the withdrawal was requested,

• the withdrawal amount,

• the wallet address where the Bitcoin should have been sent.
