Under normal circumstances, we do not block withdrawals in the Littlebit app, and users retain control over their funds.
However, there are situations in which a withdrawal may be temporarily suspended or delayed. This can occur only for reasons defined by applicable laws and security requirements.
A withdrawal may be suspended, for example, if:
there is reasonable suspicion that the selected wallet has been or is being used for illegal activity under AML regulations,
the withdrawal is requested to a hosted (exchange) wallet, which is not permitted,
there are indications of potential unauthorized access or account manipulation,
required information or confirmation is missing (for example, an unverified wallet).
In all cases, these measures are preventive and intended to protect you and your funds. Littlebit does not restrict access to funds without a valid legal or security reason. If such a situation arises, we will inform you and assist you in completing the withdrawal as soon as possible.
Once the review has been completed and everything is in order, the withdrawal will be released and the Bitcoin will be sent to your wallet. You will always be informed if a delay occurs.
If your withdrawal appears to be taking longer than usual and you have not received any information about a review, please contact us here and include:
the email address you use in the app,
the date the withdrawal was requested,
the withdrawal amount,
the wallet address to which the Bitcoin was to be sent.
We will review the situation and inform you how to proceed.
