Registration Process in Littlebit

Registration in the Littlebit app is designed to be simple, clear, and secure. The entire process takes only a few minutes, and the app guides you step by step. 


The standard registration flow includes:

  • Create an account. Enter your email address, create a secure password, and confirm your agreement with the terms of use. More information about email requirements can be found here, and about password requirements here

  • Verify your email. A verification code will be sent to your email address, which you then enter in the app. How the verification works, and what to do if something goes wrong, can be found here

  • Enter a referral code. IIf the app was recommended to you by friends, enter the received referral code. This step is optional and can be skipped if you do not have a referral. If you do not fill it in here, it cannot be added later. More about the referral program can be found here.

  • Enter and verify your phone number. You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code. Enter it in the app to verify your number. More details are available here

  • Identity verification (KYC). Upload two valid forms of identification and complete a short facial verification via your camera. This step is required by law. More information about identity verification is available here

  • Savings settings. Choose the percentage of each card payment that will be automatically set aside.

  • Connecting a payment card. This serves as the source of funds for savings within the app. All payments are processed exclusively through a certified and highly secure payment service provider. More information on why we need the card can be found here, and how to connect the card here.

  • Connecting a bank account. This allows the app to track your card transactions in order to calculate your savings automatically. Consent for connection is granted for up to 180 days. Once you have completed the registration, your savings with Littlebit can begin. We will review your identity verification (KYC) as soon as possible to ensure everything is correct. If we find any inconsistencies, we will contact you.

Once your accumulated savings exceed the 350 CZK milestone for the first time, the app will prompt you to complete an AML questionnaire, which is also required by law (Anti-Money Laundering regulations). This AML check usually takes up to one business day. If it is successful, the auto-save take place immediately. If additional information is required, we will contact you.


If your registration is interrupted or a step does not complete successfully, please contact us via the form below and include:

  • the email address used for registration

  • the stage of registration where the process stopped

  • a brief description of the issue

  • screenshots, if possible including the previous step and any error message

We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
