Connecting your payment card is one of the last steps in registering with the Littlebit app. This allows the app to securely purchase Bitcoin when you exceed the investment milestone of CZK 350.
During registration, the app will prompt you to upload your card.
- The page for entering card details, as well as the card details themselves, are in the highly secure environment of our certified payment gateway provider and are therefore not under our control.
- The text on this page appears in English. We have already requested a translation and modification of the page.
Here is an explanation of the individual steps and fields:
1. Simply enter the required information in the fields displayed, such as
- Card number
- Cardholder name (must be entered exactly as it appears on the card)
- Card expiration date (valid until)
- CVC/CVV code (CVV)
2.In some cases, depending on the specific card you are connecting, you may need to fill in additional information provided to your bank (most often your permanent address):
Country where the card is registered (billing_country)
Street and house number (Street Address 2)
Postal code (Billing postal)
Phone number (Telephone Number)
City (Billing city)
Country of residence (country – in most cases the same as in the first point)
3. The app will then ask you to verify your identity through your bank (3D Secure verification).
4. At the end of the card addition process, a so-called zero payment will be made, i.e., a card payment of CZK 0, which will appear in your online banking, but we will not deduct anything from it. This payment is purely for the purpose of verifying the functionality of the card.
After successful verification, you are done and your card is now connected and ready for savings. The app will only use it when you purchase Bitcoin after exceeding the milestone (CZK 350).
The app will then take you to the next step of registration – connecting your bank account, from which the app determines how much you spend with your card so that it can add up your payments and buy Bitcoin with your card once the milestone is reached.
If you are trying to update your card (change or reconnect it while using the app), you can find the correct procedure here.
If you are unable to connect your card, please contact us here. Please include the following information:LINK ???????
