How do i change password or retrieve a forgotten one ?

You can easily recover your forgotten password directly in the app. You can use the same procedure to change your password if you decide to do so yourself.

On the login screen, select the "Forgotten password" option:

1. Enter the email address you use to log in to Littlebit.

2. We will send a link to this email address to set up a new password.

3. By clicking on the link, you can create a new password that meets security requirements (at least 12 characters, a number, and a special character).
   
   

The new password will take effect immediately.
