If you wish to change your connected card in the Littlebit app, you can do so directly in the app:
Open the Littlebit app and go to Settings → My Card.
Click on the Update button.
The app will redirect you to the secure portal of our certified payment gateway provider.
- The page for entering card details, as well as the card details themselves, are hosted in the secure environment of the payment gateway provider and are not stored or managed by Littlebit.
Below is an explanation of the individual steps and fields:
- Card information:
- Card number
- MM/YY – card expiration date
- CVC – security code
- Billing address:
- Country where the card is issued (automatically filled in as Czech Republic)
- Address line 1 – street name and house/building number
- Address line 2 – optional
- Postal code
- City
- Confirm by selecting the “Set up” button.
- At the end of the setup process, a zero-amount transaction (CZK 0) will be initiated. This transaction may appear in your online banking, but no funds are charged. It serves solely to verify that the card is active and functional.
- After successful verification, your new payment card will be connected.
If you reconnect the same card that was previously connected, the app may skip certain verification steps, as the card has already been verified. In this case, no actual change will occur.
After successful verification, your card is ready for savings. The app will only use it when a Bitcoin purchase is triggered after exceeding the CZK 350 savings milestone.
