How Do I Connect My Payment Card?

Modified on Tue, 30 Jun at 12:03 AM

Linking a payment card is one of the final steps of registration in the Littlebit app. The card serves as the source of funds for the auto-save once the auto-save milestone (350 CZK) is reached.

During registration, the app will automatically prompt you to add a payment card.

  • You enter your card details within the secure environment of our certified payment service provider. The Littlebit app does not store your card details, nor does it have access to them.

How to link a payment card:

  • Enter your card details:

    • Card number

    • MM/YY – card expiration date

    • CVC – security code

  • Fill in the billing address:

    • Country where the card was issued (automatically pre-filled as Czechia)

    • Address line 1 – enter the street name and house/building number here

    • Address line 2 – optional

    • Postal/ZIP code

    • City

Note for iPhone users: On iPhone devices, only one address line may appear. After entering the street and number, the system will suggest the full address. Once you select it, the form will auto-complete.

  • Click on "Set up".
  • To finalize adding the card, a so-called zero-payment (a card transaction of 0 CZK) will take place. This will appear in your online banking, but no money will actually be deducted. It serves solely to verify that the card is functional.

Once successfully verified, you are all set—your card is now linked and ready for your auto-saves.

The app will then guide you through the next registration step – connecting your bank account. This is used to read information about your card payments so the app can calculate the auto-save amounts according to your settings.

If you want to update your card, meaning change it or reconnect it, you can find the correct procedure here.
