Is There an Age Restriction for Using the Littlebit App?

Modified on Fri, 26 Jun at 5:33 PM

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to use the Littlebit app.

The reason is strictly legal. Littlebit works securely with your financial funds and helps you save regularly on autopilot. These services fall under financial market regulations, which state that they may only be used by adults. For this reason, identity verification is part of the registration process. You are required to upload two identification documents and confirm that you are personally creating the account.

Age verification is not just a formality. It is an important step that protects both you and us and helps us comply with applicable laws and regulations.

If you are under 18 years old, you cannot use the app at this time. Once you reach the age of 18, we will be happy to welcome you to Littlebit!

  • Want to save for your children? As an adult, you need to use your own Littlebit account, linked to your own bank account and payment card. More information can be found in the article Can I Save for My Child?
