You can update your personal details directly in the Littlebit app. Open Settings via the gear icon in the top right corner of the Overview tab.
What can you edit?
- My profile. Here you will find:
- Your name and identification details. These must match the documents approved during registration. If you need to change your name or date of birth, please contact customer support here.
- Contact details (email and phone number). You can change these at any time. For security reasons, changes require verification using confirmation codes sent via email and/or SMS.
- My cards. Only one payment card can be connected to the app at a time. If you would like to change your card, you can find the instructions here. More information about cards in Littlebit is available here.
- Bank accounts. You can connect as many bank accounts as you like. A bank account provides information about your card transactions. The percentage you have set is applied to these transactions, and the app accumulates the amounts until the savings milestone is reached. - Security.
- Notifications.
- Terms of Use.
- AML.
- Customer Support.
- Log Out.
If you are unable to update your details as needed, please contact us here and include:
The email address you use in the app,
The specific detail you would like to change,
A brief explanation of the reason (for example, a name change after marriage or a correction of incorrect data).
We will review your request and inform you how to proceed.
