If you want to change the bank account from which the Littlebit app retrieves information about your card payments, you can do so directly in the app.
Please note: if you have changed your card and the related bank account from which you make most of your payments, you do not need to replace the original account. You can simply add another account and allow the app to retrieve transaction data from both. You can connect as many accounts as you like so that savings are calculated from payments made with all your cards. If you prefer to add another account, you can find the instructions here.
If you still wish to change your account, follow these steps:
Open the Littlebit app and go to Settings → Bank Accounts.
Select Add New Account.
The app will guide you securely through the connection process. If you are unsure how to connect a specific bank, you can find step-by-step guides for all supported banks in this section.
Select the account you want to remove and confirm its removal.
Once verified, the new account will serve as the source of transaction data. Littlebit will then be able to calculate savings amounts from your card payments again.
Account connection takes place via a secure interface in accordance with the European PSD2 regulation, ensuring that your data remains protected. Littlebit never gains access to your balances, transfers, or other sensitive information, and it cannot deduct money from your account.
If you are unable to change your account or encounter an error in the app, please contact us here. We’ll be happy to help you resolve the issue.
