You can withdraw your physical gold at any time directly through the app. We’ll prepare your gold in the form of a bar from the Swiss refinery Argor-Heraeus.
You can choose from the following sizes:
1 g
5 g
10 g
31.1 g (1 troy ounce)
What form will I receive my physical gold in?
We always provide physical gold in the form of bars from the renowned Swiss refinery Argor-Heraeus.
Can I withdraw a bar larger than 31.1 g?
As standard, you can withdraw bars up to 31.1 g. If you’re interested in a larger bar, please contact our Customer Support team and we’ll be happy to discuss the available options with you individually.
Do I have to withdraw my saved gold physically?
No. Physical withdrawal is not required. You can continue holding your gold through Littlebit or sell it back at any time.
Is there a fee for withdrawing physical gold?
Smaller bars are subject to an additional charge. The current charges are:
1 g – CZK 588
5 g – CZK 675
10 g – CZK 1,530
31.1 g (1 troy ounce) – no additional charge
For a 1 troy ounce bar, the rate shown in the app applies.
Why is there an additional charge for smaller bars?
The production, packaging and delivery costs of a small bar are almost the same as those of a larger bar. As a result, the smaller the bar, the further its price per gram deviates from the spot price of gold.
This is why an additional charge applies to smaller bars.
Is my first gold bar free of any additional charge?
Yes. You can currently withdraw your first gold bar without an additional charge, regardless of the available size you choose.
This offer is valid until further notice.
Can I have my gold delivered?
Yes. We deliver gold throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia via Czech Post insured mail.
The delivery fee is CZK 150 and includes:
a security envelope,
insurance of up to CZK 1 million.
Can I collect my gold in person?
Yes. Personal collection is free of charge and available by prior arrangement.
You can collect your gold:
at the Littlebit headquarters at Václavské náměstí 47 in Prague 1, in The Flow building,
or at the BESSERGOLD Trading s.r.o. showroom – Zlatá labuť, Na Poříčí 1051/40, Prague 1.
Who takes care of the physical gold?
The purchase, sale and secure storage of the gold are handled by our partner, BESSERGOLD Trading s.r.o., the Czech branch of the German Bessergold Group.
Bessergold is registered with the Czech Assay Office under registration number 14667.
Where does the gold come from?
The gold bars come directly from manufacturers on the Good Delivery list, which represents the highest global standard for gold quality.
Can I sell my gold at any time?
Yes. You can sell your gold back at any time. The buyback is guaranteed by Bessergold.
