To verify your identity in the Littlebit app, we require two valid identity documents. These documents are used to confirm your identity in accordance with legal requirements (KYC).
You can use any combination of the following documents:
- National ID card
- Passport
- Driver’s license
- Residence permit (permanent residence only, in the form of an ID card such as a plastic card or a passport entry with a photograph)
If you do not have a passport, driver’s licence, or residence permit, you may replace the second document with another form of ID. In this case, however, the first document must be a National ID card, and the second document must be sufficiently reliable and include:
- your full name,
- your photograph.
Examples of acceptable documents include:
- employee or service ID (e.g. firefighter or police ID),
- military ID,
- firearms license,
- student ID,
- ISIC card,
- a photo ID card (e.g. public transport card), provided there is no indication that it has been created or altered for verification purposes.
All documents must be valid (e.g. no cut corners or expired validity), undamaged, and clearly legible in the photo.
If you’re unsure whether your document will be accepted during verification, please contact us via the form below. We’ll advise you on which documents are acceptable and how to complete the verification.
If an unacceptable document is uploaded, we will contact you within a few days and ask you to complete the verification again.
