How Long Does a Withdrawal Take?

Modified on Mon, 2 Mar at 5:06 PM

The processing time for a Bitcoin withdrawal from the Littlebit app is usually 1–5 business days.

This is due to the verification process that takes place after you confirm your withdrawal. Each withdrawal must be reviewed in accordance with European and Czech regulations. As part of this process, we verify for example:

  • the withdrawal is made to your own crypto wallet,

  • that the wallet address is not associated with a hosted (exchange) wallet

  • that the withdrawal meets applicable security standards.

Once the withdrawal has been reviewed and approved, the Bitcoin is sent to your wallet address. From that moment on, the processing time depends on the Bitcoin network itself. Network confirmations usually take a few minutes to several hours, depending on network congestion.

If your withdrawal takes longer than 5 business days, please check that:

  • you entered the correct wallet address,

  • your wallet supports Bitcoin (BTC),

  • the withdrawal was not submitted to a hosted (exchange) wallet (e.g. Binance, Coinbase), which is not permitted.

If you are confident that all details are correct and the withdrawal still has not been processed, please contact us here and include:

  • the email address used in the app,

  • the date the withdrawal was requested,

  • the withdrawal amount,

  • the wallet address to which the Bitcoin was to be sent.

We will be happy to review the situation and help complete the withdrawal.
