If you wish to change your card while using the app (outside of the registration process), please follow these steps:
Open the Littlebit app and go to Settings → My Card.
Click on the Update button.
The app will redirect you to the portal of our highly secure and certified payment gateway provider.
- The page for entering card details, as well as the card details themselves, are in the secure environment of the payment gateway provider and are therefore not under our control.
Here is simple explanation of all steps and fields:
- Card information:
- Card number
- MM/YY – card expiration date
- CVC – security code
- Billing address:
- Country where the card is issued (automatically filled in as Czech Republic)
- Address line 1 – street name and house/building number
- Address line 2 – optional
- Postal code
- City
- Confirm by tapping the “Set up” button.
- At the end of the card setup, a so-called zero-amount transaction will be made, i.e. a card payment of CZK 0. This transaction may appear in your online banking, but no money is charged. It is used solely to verify that the card is functional.
- The verification will then be completed and your payment card will be connected.
If you connect the same card that was previously connected when updating your payment, the app will skip steps 3 and 4 because the card has already been verified and used, so no real change will occur.
After successful verification, you are done and your card is now connected and ready for savings. The app will only use it when a Bitcoin purchase exceeds the milestone (CZK 350).
If you are trying to connect a new card during registration, you can find the correct procedure here.
If you are unable to connect your card, please contact us here. Please include the following information:
the email address you use in the app
card type (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)
information about any error messages that appeared
the approximate time when you connected the card
We will be happy to help you resolve the situation.
