You will automatically receive your referral reward once the referral program conditions have been met.
For the reward to be activated, your friend must:
- use your referral code during registering,
- successfully complete registration and account verification,
- reach the savings milestone (CZK 350) twice during the first two months.
Once these conditions are met, the reward will be automatically credited to your account within one month.
You can find it as a new transaction under the Savings tab, and all details about your bonuses can be found in the Referral section in the app.
If the reward hasn’t appeared even after meeting all the conditions, please contact us via the form below and include the following information:
the email address you use in the app,
the email address of your friend who registered using your code,
the date your friend completed registration,
confirmation of whether they have already reached the required number of milestones.
