How and When Will I Receive My Referral Reward?

You will automatically receive your referral reward once the referral program conditions have been met.

For the reward to be activated, your friend must:

• use your referral code during registering,
• successfully complete registration and account verification,
• reach the savings milestone (CZK 350) twice during the first month.

Once these conditions are met, the reward will be automatically credited to your account in Bitcoin (satoshis) within one month.

You will see it as a new transaction in the bitcoin tab. Detailed information about your rewards can be found in the Referral section of the app.

If the reward has not been credited even after all conditions have been fulfilled, please contact us here and include the following details:  

• the email address you use in the app

• the email address of your friend who registered using your code

• the date your friend completed registration

• confirmation of whether they have already reached the required number of milestones
