My Friend Invited Me, but I Didn’t Receive the Referral Code - What Should I Do?

If your friend invited you to join Littlebit but you didn’t receive the referral code, please try the following: 

  • Check your email inbox. The referral code usually arrives within a few minutes after the invitation is sent. Also check your “Spam,” “Bulk,” or “Promotions” folders. 

  • Ask your friend to confirm the invitation was sent correctly. They can resend it directly from the Referral section in the app. 

  • Check which email address the invitation was sent to. The referral code is always linked to the email address your friend entered when sending the invitation. 

  • Wait a few minutes. Email delivery may occasionally be delayed by your email service provider. 


If the referral code still hasn’t arrived, please contact us here and include the following details:

  • the email address where the invitation should have been delivered

  • the email address of the friend who invited you

  • the approximate time when the invitation was sent
