I Received a Referral Code, but It Doesn’t Work - What Should I Do?

A referral code is not required to complete registration. It is only used to receive a reward. If you don’t have one or it doesn’t work, you can continue registration without it.


If you're unable to enter the referral code or it appears to be invalid, please try the following:

  • Check that the code is correct. The referral code is usually a six-character combination of letters and numbers. Make sure you entered it exactly as received, without spaces or typos. 

  • Use a direct link. If your friend sent you an email invitation or QR code, click the link in the email - the code will automatically be filled in when the app opens.

  • Make sure you’re still in the registration process. A referral code can only be entered when creating a new account. If you already have a Littlebit account, the code cannot be added later. 

  • Try starting the registration again. Close the app, reopen it, and enter the code again. 


If the code still doesn’t work after these steps, please contact us via the form below and include the following information: 

  • the email address you are using for registration 

  • the exact referral code you received

  • whether you entered the code manually or via a link

  • the approximate time you attempted to enter the code
