Once you have completed the AML questionnaire, it is our turn. Our systems and team will verify the provided information, and we will take the necessary steps based on the results.
Most questionnaires are reviewed within one business day. If everything is in order, your savings will be automatically activated upon our confirmation.
If you completed the AML process in advance via the app settings (Settings → AML), your first auto-save will occur automatically once you reach your first milestone. If you fill out the AML questionnaire only after being prompted by the app upon reaching the first auto-save milestone, the first auto-save will take place after it is approved by us.
In some cases (for example, with politically exposed persons), verification may take longer. Under these circumstances, regulations require us to conduct additional checks. Even then, we usually process the AML questionnaire within a few days, at most within one week.
In exceptional cases, saving through the Littlebit app may be rejected. This only happens in specific situations defined by legal regulations and regulatory requirements. Should this occur, we will inform you about everything.
Until the questionnaire is completed and verified, your savings are paused. Once the review is successful, the accumulated amounts will be divided according to the reached auto-save milestones, and individual auto-saves will be processed gradually.
Your money remains in your account, and your payment card will only be debited once the auto-save is processed.
