The AML questionnaire must be completed before your first auto-save. You can fill it out at any time beforehand in the app settings (Settings → AML), or the app will prompt you to do so the first time you reach an auto-save milestone.
No auto-save can take place until the AML questionnaire is completed. We therefore recommend filling it out as soon as possible.
If you do not complete the AML questionnaire, your card payments will continue to be tracked for a certain period, and the percentages from them will accumulate for an auto-save. This balance will wait until the AML process is complete and the auto-save can be processed.
Until then, you can use the app as usual, set up your savings, and watch your amounts being set aside. However, the actual auto-save will only take place once the questionnaire is completed.
If you do not complete the AML questionnaire after an extended period, your savings will be fully paused. At that point, the app will stop tracking percentages from your card payments.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, please let us know. Our team will need some time to review everything and manually restart your savings for you.
Upon reactivation, the accumulated amount will be divided into individual balances according to the reached auto-save milestones. Each balance corresponds to one triggered milestone (350 CZK including the excess amount from the transaction that triggered the milestone). Individual auto-saves will then take place gradually. The app can process a maximum of 3 card payments per day, so depending on the number of accumulated balances, this process may take several days.
Until the auto-save occurs, your money remains in your account. The funds are only debited from your card at the exact moment the auto-save is processed.
The AML questionnaire is filled out only once and takes just a few minutes. The sooner you complete it, the sooner your savings will function without any limitations.
