What Should I Do If the Liveness Check Fails?

If you’re unable to complete the camera verification (liveness check), please try the following: 

  • Check the lighting. The room should be well lit, ideally with natural light. Avoid strong shadows or backlighting.

  • Hold your phone steady. Excessive movement may prevent the system from recognizing your face. 

  • Make sure you are in the frame. Your entire face should be in the frame, without being covered by reflective glasses, hats, or other head coverings.

  • Check your camera permissions. In your phone’s settings, make sure the Littlebit app has access to your camera. 

  • Restart the app. If the verification fails repeatedly, close the app and open it again before trying once more.

  • Restart your device. This simple step often resolves temporary technical issues.

If you’re still unable to complete the liveness check, please email us at support@littlebitapp.com and include the following details:

  • the type of ID document you uploaded

  • the exact error message shown in the app

  • the approximate time of your verification attempt

  • the phone model you are using

We’ll review the issue and help you resolve it.
