If you’re unable to complete the camera verification (liveness check), please try the following:
Check the lighting. The room should be well lit, ideally with natural light. Avoid strong shadows or backlighting.
Hold your phone steady. Excessive movement may prevent the system from recognizing your face.
Make sure you are in the frame. Your entire face should be in the frame, without being covered by reflective glasses, hats, or other head coverings.
Check your camera permissions. In your phone’s settings, make sure the Littlebit app has access to your camera.
Restart the app. If the verification fails repeatedly, close the app and open it again before trying once more.
Restart your device. This simple step often resolves temporary technical issues.
If you’re still unable to complete the liveness check, please email us at support@littlebitapp.com and include the following details:
the type of ID document you uploaded
the exact error message shown in the app
the approximate time of your verification attempt
the phone model you are using
