What are other limitations for using the Littlebit app ?

In addition to the age restriction (18+), there are several other conditions that must be met in order to use Littlebit. Some are based on regulations, others on the fact that the application is currently only available in the Czech Republic, while it will gradually expand to other countries.

The most important ones are:

• Use of VPN
  • the Littlebit app does not work when a VPN is active.
  • if you’re using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), the app may not be able to verify your location or connect securely to your bank, which is required for proper functionality.
  • to use the app, please disable your VPN and try again. Once it’s turned off, the app should work normally.
• your place of residence
  • the app is currently intended for users residing in the Czech Republic. This must be proven either by documents issued in the Czech Republic, such as an ID card or passport, or by approval of residence in the Czech Republic for people from abroad.
  • In the case of citizens of the Slovak Republic living in the Czech Republic without an ID document issued in the Czech Republic, registration is possible using Slovak documents, provided that a bank account denominated in CZK and held with one of the banks listed here is used. 
  • therefore, in addition to the validity of the documents, we also verify the address during registration. As with age verification, this is not a formality, but a necessary step to ensure the availability of the app's services and that only those who are legally entitled to do so use the app's services.
  • if you live outside the supported area, you cannot use the app yet. As soon as we expand availability to other countries, you will definitely hear about it.
• the timing of your registration in relation to the app's release phase
  • The Littlebit app is still under development and is currently kept under wraps. At the moment, access to the app is granted only to selected users (for example, investors) who help us test, develop, and improve it so that once it is publicly released, all users will have the best possible experience.

  • The app will be made available to all users very soon. For now, users can sign up for the waiting list (waitlist), and once the app is publicly released, they will receive a notification. You can join the waitlist already now here.

  • If you are a token holder and do not have your referral code for access, please send us your full name and the email address under which you have your tokens staked, and we will help you resolve the situation.
  • If you are not a token holder, please contact the person who recommended the app to you. They will help you get access and share your referral code with you.
