What are other limitations for using the Littlebit app ?

In addition to the age requirement (18+), there are several other conditions that must be met in order to use Littlebit. Some of these are based on regulatory requirements, while others relate to the current availability of the app, which is presently limited to the Czech Republic. Expansion to other countries will follow gradually. 

The most important limitations:

• Use of VPN
  • The Littlebit app does not function when a VPN is enabled.
  • If you are using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), the app may not be able to verify your location or establish a secure connection with your bank. Both are required for the app to function properly. 
  • You must disable your VPN before using the app. Once your VPN is turned off, the app should work correctly. 
• Place of residence
  • The app is currently intended for users residing in the Czech Republic. This must be proven either by submitting identification documents issued in the Czech Republic (ID card, driver’s licence, or passport) or by providing a valid Czech residence permit if you are a foreign national living in the Czech Republic. 
  • In the case of citizens of the Slovak Republic living in the Czech Republic who do not hold a Czech-issued ID document, registration is possible using Slovak documents, provided that you use a CZK-denominated bank account held with one of the approved banks listed here.
  • During registration, we verify not only the validity of your documents but also your address. As with age verification, this is not a formality but a necessary step to ensure that our services are available only in supported regions and are used exclusively by individuals who are legally entitled to access them. 
  • If you reside outside the supported region, you cannot use the app at this time. Once availability expands to additional countries, we will announce it publicly.
