You can easily reset a forgotten password directly in the app. The same process can also be used if you simply want to change your password.
On the login screen, select "Forgotten password":
Enter the email address you use to log in to Littlebit.
We will send you verification code to the phone number registered in the app.
Once you enter the verification code, you will be redirected to a screen where you can create a new password that meets the security requirements (at least 12 characters long and containing a number and a special character).
The new password will take effect immediately.
