How Can I Change My Password or Reset a Forgotten One?

You can easily reset a forgotten password directly in the app. The same process can also be used if you simply want to change your password.

On the login screen, select "Forgotten password":

1. Enter the email address you use to log in to Littlebit.

2. We will send a link to this email address so you can set up a new password.

3. Click the link and create a new password that meets our security requirements (at least 12 characters, including a number and a special character).
   
   

The new password will take effect immediately.
