If the verification code isn't working, please try the following:
Always use the most recent code. If you have requested multiple SMS messages, only the latest code is valid.
Request a new code. Below the code entry field, tap “Resend.” You can request a new code once per minute.
Restart the app and try again. If the SMS was delayed, the app may already be expecting a newer code.
Restart your phone. This simple step often resolves temporary issues with SMS delivery.
If the code still doesn't work
Please email us the following details so we can investigate with our technical team:
the phone number used during registration (including the international dialing code)
your mobile operator (e.g., T-Mobile / O2 / Vodafone)
operating system: Android / iOS
operating system version
phone model (e.g., iPhone 12 / Samsung S24)
the approximate time when the code arrived
how many verification SMS messages you received
