The Email Verification Code Hasn’t Arrived - What Should I Do?

The verification code is a 6-digit numeric code used to verify your email address. It usually arrives within a few seconds at the email address you provided during registration.


If the email has not arrived, please try the following:

  1. Check that the email address is entered correctly. Even a single typo can prevent the message from being delivered. 

  2. Check your "Spam," "Bulk," or "Promotions" folders.

  3. Request a new code. Below the code entry field, tap “Resend.” You can request a new code once per minute. 

  4. Make sure the email address hasn't already been used for registration. If the same address was previously used to create (or attempt to create) an account, there is no need to create a new account -simply choose the Log in option instead. 

  5. Restart your device. Sometimes the simplest step resolves temporary delivery issues. 

  6. Reinstall the app. This will clean up your device and give it a second wind. Uninstall it and install it again from the app store.

  • the email address used during registration (if you are contacting us from a different address) 

  • operating system: Android / iOS

  • operating system version

  • phone model (e.g., iPhone 12 / Samsung S24)

  • the approximate time when the code should have arrived
