What Fees Apply When Using Littlebit?

The Littlebit app uses a simple and transparent fee structure. The total cost of each Bitcoin purchase consists of two parts - a transaction fee and a spread. 

1. Transaction fee – 5 %

• This fee applies to every savings transaction, meaning every amount for which the app purchases Bitcoin once the milestone threshold is reached. At the minimum purchase amount (CZK 350), this fee equals approximately CZK 17.50.

  The fee covers technological and operational costs, including secure payment processing, bank integrations, automated savings functionality, regulatory compliance, and cooperation with licensed partners.

2. Spread – 5.55 %

• The spread represents the difference between the market (reference) price of Bitcoin and the rate at which Bitcoin is purchased through the Littlebit app. The reference price is based on data from CoinGecko. This difference covers costs related to order processing, currency conversion, secure custody of your Bitcoin, liquidity, and the technical infrastructure required to execute the purchase. This structure allows you to accumulate Bitcoin automatically and securely, without having to manage exchanges, transfers, or technical details yourself.

A withdrawal fee is charged when withdrawing Bitcoin (a network fee - meaning a fee paid to the Bitcoin network for processing the withdrawal, which does not go to Littlebit). 

• When withdrawing Bitcoin from the Littlebit app to your crypto wallet, a withdrawal fee applies. This fee is called a network fee. It is charged by the Bitcoin network itself for processing the transaction. The fee does not go to Littlebit, but directly to the Bitcoin network, which ensures confirmation and secure execution of the transfer: 

• during lower network activity, it is usually lower (e.g. a few CZK),

• during higher network activity, the fee may increase, as transactions with higher fees are confirmed faster. 

• You will always see the network fee before confirming the withdrawal. The Littlebit app automatically deducts this fee from the withdrawn amount, and the amount received in your wallet will be reduced accordingly.
