The Email Verification Code Doesn’t Work - What Should I Do?

If the verification code isn’t working, please try the following: 

  • Use the most recent code. If you received multiple verification emails, your inbox may have grouped them into a single thread. In that case, your email client may open the first message by default, while the valid code is usually in the most recent email. Please open the entire thread and use the latest code. 

  • Restart the app and request a new code. If the emails were delayed, the app may already be expecting a newer code. Restarting the app and requesting a new code often resolves synchronization issues. 

  • Restart your device and try again. This simple step often resolves temporary issues. Turn your device off and on again before requesting a new code.

If the code still doesn't work
Please email us the following details so we can investigate with our technical team: 

  • the email address to which the code was sent (if you are contacting us from a different address) 

  • operating system: Android / iOS

  • operating system version

  • phone model (e.g., iPhone 12 / Samsung S24)

  • the approximate time when the code arrived

  • how many verification emails you received
